ICC Training (International Certificte of Competence)

In addition to our sailing services of Skippered Cruising, Boat Tuition and Yacht Delivery, we also offer ICC training. The Sailing International Certificate of Competence is becoming increasingly a requirement prior to the charter of yachts, particularly abroad.

We offer ICC certification following satisfactory completion of a test conducted on either our Beneteau Oceanis 393, or other suitable yacht that you have access to.

It is generally advisable to include some ICC training prior to the test, to allow for any aspects of the test with which you may not be familiar or proficient. The level of competence is similar to, but slightly less that the requirements for RYA Day Skipper qualification.
